Margie from San Diego	5.0 5/12/2012 Beyond the confusing price changes, it's a nice piece I had bookmarked this piece when it was $152 and when I went to actually purchase it the price had jumped to $314 and then a couple of days later it went back to the original lower price. So weird.... fortunately I was able to get it at the lower price. It arrived in a timely manner and was fairly easy to assemble. It's actually solid wood which is a rarity these days. It has a very nice finish to it. I had sent an inquiry asking about the shelf sizes and never got an answer so for those of you who are wondering the shelf sizes from top to bottom in inches are: 9x12, 9x12,10x13, 12x14.5, 15x18, 15x18. The color does have a distinctive reddish tint, but that's not a problem for me. But it is something to be aware of if you're matching other furniture. I highly recommend this bookshelf.
