I ordered the entire office set (desk, computer desk, hutch, and lateral file cabinet). The cherry in lay is darker then it appears in the picture, but the set is absolutely beautiful. I work in a large law office with many office suites and complements regarding this suite have been nothing but positive. The desks include built in surge protectors for your electronics and the hutch has lighting for the shelves. I could not be more pleased with this set.

Service Review

I paid the extra amount for the full set up on delivery. Well worth it. The shipping company contacted me three days in advance to schedule delivery and it showed up on time and ready to put everything together. It removed the packaging materials when it left.

My wife made the purchase and never say it 'til at arrived. I couldn't believe the fine quality. Well crafted, attention to detail with the lighting, sturdy construction, padding in the bottom of drawers, etc. I was totally pleased with the quality. Thank you.

Service Review

I did have problems with the fact that it took a month in shipping time to get the furniture from the coast of CA to the SE corner of AZ. It should have taken a couple of weeks at the most. It sat in Tucson, just 1.5 hours away, for many days. We had to make the calls to get some action out of the company. Once we did the company looked for another shipper and they were efficient in unloading and setup at our home. Kudos to the shipper team. There were damages to various units and I had to call the company to get someone to make the repairs since they were relatively minor and wasn't worth the company's expense to have replacement units delivered. I hope the company will have a quick response to our request for repairs.

The product was exactly what I expected it to be by the online images and the other good reviews. This product is extremely nice, built well and very heavy. The colors are beautiful and rich. The packaging that the furniture came in was very well constructed; there was no way anything was going to get damaged.

Shipping was quick and ontime. The only issue I ran into was the drop off. I picked curb side delivery. Which the driver is suppose to have a means of getting the furniture off the truck and onto the curb. When the truck pulled up the driver asked me if I have a forklift; who delivers furniture and asks a homeowner if they have a forklift. Anyway the driver said there is no way I'm getting this out of my truck without a forklift. So I suggested pulling my truck up to the back of his truck and pushing the furniture onto my truck bed and then sliding the furniture from my truck bed onto the driveway. Well that's what we did and it worked out. Luckily for me I had a truck so that I was able to unload the furniture this way. Besides that everything else went well.

Beautiful. The photos don't accurately indicate the 'color'. The lighter panels you see, in reality, are almost the same color as darker trim. Build is high quality, solid. Drawer hardward was bent on one drawer...had to improvise to fix and make it work. the slightest 'rub' on any edge removes the stain. All-in-all, it is a beautiful set, NOT for anything but delicate use...I fear it will not hold up in terms of finish quality over the long term. The hutch door is mis-aligned...rubs the wood...doesn't appear to be adjustable.

The furnishings are just beautiful. The quality and workmanship are outstanding. Thank you for an exceptional product.

This office set was used for a professional attorney's office. It was well made and looks wonderful. Some nice touches, including a drawer that folds down for a keyboard and a cabinet for a computer tower make this desk set very computer friendly.
