We were amazed at the speed of delivery and everything was in perfect condition. Although they had to be assembled, it was an easy process.

This shelf was one I wanted for a while now. I love the look of it and it matches the desk I have nicely. And if my husband gets the chance to make my books shelves, I can keep this one here or use it in the dinette to hold items as well.I found this one, like the others pretty easy to put together. Their where the special lock screws which I goofed up with when first putting them in, but it was an easy fix and away I went with the assembly when I realized it. This one did take a little more putting together as it is bigger than any of the other items I've purchased.I will say one shelf had a crack in the finish of the plywood, and I was afraid it went the whole way through, and with putting books on the shelf I was afraid it wouldn't hold well. So I made the call to the manufacture (number was easily found on the assembly paper) and they where very kind and helpful. I told them which shelf number [...]and had the shelf completed in no time flat. It was nice working with a kind company.

Very nice looking piece of furniture and well made. Will use in children's room as it is the perfect height for little arms to reach books. Easy to assemble, too.

I was disappointed with this product. From the picture, I expected it to be much lighter in color than it actually is. It really stands out among the other "similar" maple shelves that we have in our library.

This bookcase was easy to assemble - as is all Sauder furniture - if you just follow the instructions. I enjoy all of the Sauder pieces I have and they last well, if taken care of. This bookcase ended up being significantly darker than the display model. That is disappointing because it doesn't match my other furniture. If I had planned to use it any place other than my basement, I would definitely return it.

We were busy last weekend so I didn't get to put these things together until Tuesday night. I thought they went together easily but my husband who was helping me did not think it was the easiest. He thought that the design for putting them together could be easier. But, you must remember, my husband is an engineer. If you are okay with winging it and sometimes taking things apart because you didn't read the instructions well, you will find these easy. If you over-analyze everything, you may find it a bit more like my husband said "Not the easiest to put together." Yesterday, I loaded her up and decorated her top.

I ordered my Sauder Graham Hill Bookshelves on Tuesday of last week and I received them on Friday and that was with regular delivery. CSN is super fast in their shipping department. I have the same experience with them every time I order from them.

The color is darker than shows on my computer, but I like it better darker.
