I am very pleased with this chair. The workmanship and quality is great. Only problem is that I am short (5 ft. 4 1/2") and the chair is made for tall people. If I sit all the way back my feet would not touch the floor. I sit with a decorative pillow behind my back and am quite comfortable. The chair is really sturdy. I have only had the chair a few weeks, but so far I am extremely pleased with it. It was easy to put together, also.

This is a very nice heavy duty chair for a big person and tall.... well padded...and looks and acts like it will hold up for a long time... The lowest hight is about 18 and iam 53...I really needed a chair that would go a little lower...that was my falt when i ordered... I should of measure what i needed better... But the chair is very confortable...and i just stuck some books under my feet...to fit my leg better... Its one of the best office chairs i every have had...

I previously owned a "regular duty" office chair. The cylinder "blew out" depositing oil all over my carpet. I am a big guy and need the extra support so I ordered the Safeco Big and Tall Chair. I find this product to be just the ticket- heavy duty,comfortable, and totally functional. It also looks good in my office. My wife and I are most pleased.

I placed an order on Wednesday and UPS delivered the chair on the following Tuesday. It arrived in excellent condition. I had no need for customer service. I would highly recommend this company to all.

I'm arthritic with bad knees and very heavy. The only way I can continue to cook is to sit while I do. I've used regular chairs but always feared their failure. I'm so happy I found this chair. It's beautiful & sturdy. The price was at least $100 less here than the same chair is when sold at office supply stores.
