I already had the matching L shape desk, this was a great addition to my home office setup. Product was exactly what I expected. Shipping was very quick and product came in great condition. Assembly was smooth without any modifications.

I have the desk and book shelves with this file cabinet and am disappointed in the quality. The edges of the pieces are poorly finished. Looks okay from a distance but the closer you look you can see the dings in the edges. The veneer on the main back piece was cracked on arrival and it was promptly replaced when reported. It is easy to assemble. It isnt as nice as my other pieces. So, it may be just the production run on this one. Otherwise, I have been impressed with the Bush Saratoga line.

Wonderful addition to our home office area. Heavy duty and of good quality. The only negative is that the paperwork on putting the cabinet together could be clearer with some tips. Understand that it is not written but pictures only so that it can be used in other countries. Took 2 of us over 2 hours to assemble it and we are experienced. But it was worth it.

The filing cabinet is sturdy and very attractive. It looks like an expensive piece of furniture, not an assemble-yourself kit. It did arrive with a 3-inch scratch in the veneer, but since it is on the back which is positioned against a wall my husband and I decided to keep it. Everything else was perfect. Reading other reviews, I was concerned about ease of assembly. It took my husband 4 hours to put it together. He didn't think there were any major problems - the instructions were simple enough to follow and all the pieces were present. He did say that it's important not to over-analyze the instructions. Just go one step at a time and don't worry about what comes next.

The directions for assembly were excellent and was fairly easy to put together. I use this for extra files at home. I also own the desk and credenza. They are good for home use.
